as i was taking the long overdue mound of wine/beer bottles out to the recycling bins, i dropped one right in the doorway.

it smashed everywhere and then the heavy door closed, crushing any shards that were in its way. it was a right mess, but as i ran inside to grab a dustpan and brush, i also grabbed my camera and took a few snaps before sweeping up.

it was only afterwards that i noticed the man in his car directly oposite the door. he must've thought i was nuts, taking photos of the broken mess of glass. maybe he thought i was going to pretend i'd damaged myself and sue the building owners.
