i posted a photo of bougainvillea before here. that one was taken in the sub-tropical climate of tenerife while this one was taken on a day trip out of dublin when we stopped off for lunch at the avoca handweavers. i didn't know it would grow in an irish climate, though i guess it was inside a green house.
