no time for blogging yesterday - was out late at the crystal castles gig - feeling very very old indeed and also in awe of some of the fabulously 80's haircuts and outfits on show. though i think one might have to be 18 to pull them off.

man, i didn't realise just how completely 80's fashion had been revived in some circles. there were gold lurex (or is that lamé) batwing jackets, skin-tight purple mini dresses, short boyish haircuts on the girls. the queue for the toilets was like a bananarama dressingroom. my eyes were smarting from the hairspray.

but apart from being gobsmacked by the outfits, the music was also entertaining. quite 80's too obviously.
