#817 | rainy takeshita dori | | [3]

takeshita dori is one of the main shopping streets in the harajuku area. shopping being the chosen activity on a rainy day in tokyo.
in a sock shop down the street on the right i purchased a pair of japanese toe-socks (with a split for wearing flip-flop type sandles) and a little bit further down on the left is a wonderful 4-storey hundred yen store were i bought this mousepad.
later that day we ate some delicious gyoza in a restaurant that sold only gyoza - well, they also server a simple cold cucumber dish and a nice chicken(?) broth - but apart from that only gyoza. garlic or not garlic and boiled or fried were your only options.
and they also had the coolest automated draught beer pouring machine that tilted the glass by itself and everything!
and by then the rain had stopped. that was a good day.
